Cancellation Policy

The Flights Boss has the right to make cancellations of the flight tickets under the said circumstance. Due to unforeseen changes in the environment or political unrest, changes in flight schedules, or other factors beyond our control, we have the right to make revisions to already confirmed reservations or even cancel a flight. While we make every effort to prevent cancellations and alterations, we must nonetheless be allowed to do so. Rarely are "Important Changes" necessary. A change that is made prior to your departure in accordance with the information you provided to us when you booked your travel reservations and for which we may have a significant impact on your confirmed trip is considered an important alteration.

If there is a significant change or cancellation, we at the Flights Boss will let you know as soon as we can. If the airline verifies the same, we will offer you an alternative route, alternative dates, or at least one option that is comparable in price and quality. Before departing, if time permits, we will give you the following choices to consider. Go through them carefully:

• Acceptance of revised modifications or
• If an alternative vacation of the same caliber as your original reservation becomes available, you may purchase it. However, the substitute trip would be regarded as a fresh purchase, and we would work with the airlines to get you a refund or compensation for your current reservation. You may select any other option we have available to you based on your circumstances if you do not desire to adopt this option, which we have prepared especially for you. Any such adjustments to the price of the options shall be your responsibility.
• Acknowledging the cancellation or canceling, in which case we will fully reimburse you for all fees you have already paid. If airlines permit it, we will offer this.

Please be aware that the modifications listed above do not include any minor adjustments.

When an airline cancels or makes a change owing to uncontrollable circumstances, the implications of which cannot be prevented even with the utmost care. In these cases, we won't pay you anything or accept any responsibility for the decisions you make on the options indicated above.

We can address the circumstances with the airlines on your conduct and can request them to pay you. However, the final decision is up to the airlines, thus we cannot vouch for any such refunds or compensations. If you fail to follow the requirements of the bookings, such as not paying on time, we may have to implement changes or cancellations. Any of the aforementioned compensations won't be our responsibility to cover.

Changes and Cancellations at Your Own Risk

Unless otherwise stated, all reservations for vacation packages and plane tickets are typically non-refundable. The only way to cancel an appointment is over the phone. All reimbursements follow a predetermined format. Your cancellation request will be acknowledged by email as soon as it is sent to our customer service representative. This email does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

If the terms of the fare permit it, we must negotiate with the flight or other relevant providers to develop a waiver and arrange your refund. Refund policies are based on the fare. Refund processing may therefore need a minimum of a month or more to process.
