Travel Plan Change Policy

• Changes are only applicable after tickets have been issued.
• Changes will be subject to penalty fees and tax and fare increases.
• A re-issuing fee of $150 will be applied per ticket, along with additional airline penalties.
• We kindly request that you inform us of any changes to your travel plans at least 72 hours before your departure on a working day.

Payment Transfers

• Ticket prices may vary until you make the final payment.
• If we don't receive your payment, we won't release the tickets to you.
• We'll only release your ticket after receiving your full payment.

• To use our services, you must pay the merchant fee for credit card payments.

Validity of the Passport

Cancellation Fee

If your flight is canceled, we cannot provide a full refund for your booked tickets until payment has been fully transferred to us. Therefore, a cancellation fee will apply in such situations. However, this fee varies depending on current airfares, and there's no set amount. We impose a 2% fine for credit card purchases, while for Amex, the fine is 3.5% or up to $100. Please note that non-refundable tickets are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, if you cancel your own ticket, you will be charged a fee of $150. Please be aware that this fee does not include any charges imposed by the airline itself.

Right to Refund

The Flights Boss will issue a full refund once payment is verified from a legitimate source. Please note that processing times may vary, taking up to 8–12 weeks from your refund request submission date. We ask that you kindly remain patient while we work towards resolving your issue.

Don't let unexpected flight changes ruin your travel plans! While the carrier may make necessary adjustments, they can cancel your flight without prior notice. Unfortunately, The Flights Boss cannot be held responsible in such cases. To ensure a smooth and stress-free travel experience, your responsibility as a passenger is to confirm your flight schedules and ticket details with your airline. Confirm your details at least 72 hours before departure to avoid any last-minute problems.

Checking of Tickets

Reach out to us hassle-free for any concerns or queries. However, before departing, you must check if you've received your tickets. And to ensure a smooth travel experience, please fulfill all ticket requirements beforehand.

Credit Card Fees

Paying with your credit card may incur surcharges. When paying, you agree to waive any surcharge claims. Fees for credit cards issued by companies such as Coles, Credit Union, and GE credit cards are 2%. Visa cards issued by banks are also subject to a 2% fee, while American Express cards have a 3.5% fee.

Airline Check-in Rules

Whether you are taking a domestic or international flight, it is important to know the check-in requirements set by the airline. For domestic flights, plan to arrive at the airport at least two hours before departure. For international flights, allow at least three hours before your flight.
